Madonna is selling her LA home for 26 million dollars

Madonna is selling her Los Angeles mansion for a whopping $26 million.

Madonna has decided to sell her Hidden Hills mansion.

The ‘Material Girl’ singer has put her Hidden Hills home on the market after purchasing it for $19.1 million from The Weeknd in April 2021.

According to the Multiple Listing Service, the property – which has a guide price of $25.995 million – sits on three acres and includes a barn that hosts a freshly built gym complete with a dance and Pilates studio and a two bedroom guest house.

The main home, which has 12,500 square feet and 11 bedrooms, has a theatre, music room, and an indoor/outdoor bar, among other amenities.

Seven of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, and the main bedroom has two closets, a hot shower, and a stone bath.

The Outside of Madonna’s home incorporates a carport encompassed by olive trees, a guideline ball court, an in the open air kitchen and a zero-edge salt water pool, complete with a 10-man hot tub.

Prior to the 63-year-old pop legend – who is mother to Lourdes, 25, Rocco, 21, David, 16, Mercy, 16, and nine-year-old twins Estere and Stella – turned into the deed holder, the ‘Blinding Lights’ hitmaker lived there for quite some time prior to posting it for $25 million of every 2020.

Madonna is working with Trevor Wright of the Beverly Hills Estates, who she attempted to purchase the uber house.

In the mean time, recently, Jennifer Gray uncovered that the ‘Like A Prayer’ hitmaker was motivated to pen of her most prominent hits – the female strengthening song of devotion ‘Communicate your thoughts’ – on the ‘Filthy Dancing’ star’s separation with 80s heart breaker Matthew Broderick.

The 62-year-old entertainer said: “Madonna and I did [1989 film] ‘Hound dogs of Broadway’ together. She enlightened me she composed ‘Communicate your thoughts’ regarding me saying a final farewell to Matthew.”
