Britain Get Talking was launched in 2019 by pausing the live broadcast of Britain’s Got Talent and encourages people to look after their mental health by connecting with others.

Since its initial launch, research indicates that Britons have had 100 million new or more meaningful conversations as a result of the campaign, which has featured celebrities from Captain Tom to Susanna Reid, Maya Jama to Shirley Hancock.

Other Love Island stars to have gone on to pursue more TV work include this year’s winners, Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.

The couple will front their own food and travel show for ITV2, which will see them journey to Italy and Turkey to sample the local delicacies.

All-round Queen Ekin-Su will also be among the stars battling it out on Dancing on Ice, alongside the likes of ormer footballer John Fashanu and ex-EastEnders actress Patsy Palmer.

Speaking in a pre-recorded video on Good Morning Britain, Ekin-Su enthused: ‘I’m so excited for the team, I can’t wait to get on the ice and skate. Stay tuned and see you on the ice!’

Britain Get Singing is coming to ITV and ITVX this Christmas.
