It’s worse that it sounds as they will be tasked with having to down nasty drinks at the castle camp’s karaoke bar.
In the footage, Frankie – covered in gunk – stares down at the disgusting drink.
Host Ant McPartlin says: “Frankie, over to you.”
Dec Donnelly adds: “Blended deer’s testicles.”
Frankie says: “Yep, yep got that.”
Naughty Boy, who is seen covered in gunk while up on a stage with a microphone in front of him, tells her: “You’ve got this, Frankie.”
Frankie then squeals as she begins to down the drink.

Last night saw Naughty Boy and the Lords, Simon and Adam arrive for the latest Trial, Savage Stakeout.
I’m A Celebrity under fire over ‘easy’ trial as fans spot major issue with Naughty Boy.
Naughty Boy was strapped into a metal contraption that had been divided into sections while unable to move his arms and legs.
The Corrie and EastEnders stars would be asked a question and if they got it right, Naughty Boy would only have to endure 30 seconds with a whole host of critters as well as snakes, rats, and crabs.
But if they got the answer wrong, they’d be covered in slime and feathers while their fellow campmate would have to endure 60 seconds with the creepy crawlies in order to earn a star.
During the game Naughty Boy was covered in mealworms, giant hoppers, whip scorpions and cockroaches while the Lords were covered in gunge and feathers.
However ultimately the pair completed the full Trial and won 11 out of 11 stars.
Adam said: “Naughty Boy – superstar man!” Naughty Boy was delighted: “I can’t believe it!”
See how they get on when I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here returns to ITV on Thursday 2nd December at 9PM.
