Any avid X Factor Fan would know that Tamera Foster would have failed as a contestant on the old TV series ‘Don’t Forget the Lyrics!’ having been partially mute on the last two live shows.
Forgetting lyrics to the songs when you have had all week to prepare is not good…especially if yo’ve been singing since you were a baby”.
As she is one of the five remaining finalists have two songs to sing, it has been widely feared that if she forgets the words to her songs again, it could be the end of the road for her.
However, it’s been reported in The Sun that X Factor boss Simon Cowell has arranged for Tamera to undergo hypnotherapy in a bid to help her remember her lyrics.
The music mogul apparently had hypnotherapy himself in a bid to stop smoking, and though he hasn’t quit, he has reportedly significantly cut down.
Tamera confirmed the controversial therapy, saying, “Last week was really difficult, so I’ve been seeing a hypnotherapist to get me in the right frame of mind.”
A show source added, “As far as Simon’s concerned, Tamera is the star and she can have whatever special treatment she needs.
“He hates the fact she’s been forgetting her lines as it’s just so unprofessional.”
It has previously been reported that Simon was “furious” that Sam Bailey was more popular with viewers than Tamera, given that he’s apparently “ready to sign her now”, but as we pointed out, traditionally, acts who don’t win do as well, if not better, than those that do, so we didn’t see there was any validity in that particular claim.
“X FACTOR lovebirds Tamera Foster and Sam Callahan keep the winter chill at bay by cosying up on yet another date.” a source said.
MarkMeets know that the pair were spotted holding hands at London’s Winter Wonderland, which is where Nicole Scherzinger and Gary Barlow took two of their acts a while ago.
