Three TOWIE stars quit over pay

Amy Childs and Lauren Goodger could both be set to return to The Only Way Is Essex.

Both girls are reportedly going to be asked back by desperate bosses after three current stars quit in a row over pay.

Tom Pearce, Diags and Jasmin Walia are all set to leave after the current series ends later this month because they can’t afford to stay.

MarkMeets first revealed that stars get paid just £50 a day for filming as they are expected to make up the rest from other work as a result of the series.

Towie folk love making nightclub appearances: “Several of the leading cast have put their fame to good use from promoting hair gel to building their own clothing lines” said Mark Boardman.

The news follows reports that Sam Faiers, one of the few original remaining cast members, is also set to leave.

A pal told The Sun: “She feels it’s time to go. She’s had a great time but doesn’t want to have relationships just for air time.

“She’s looking forward to her relationship [with Joey Essex] not being there for everyone to judge.”

TOWIE continues tonight from 10PM on ITV2.
