Which actors star in the Agent Elvis animated series cast?

The new series was created by the king’s ex-wife Priscilla Presley, who appears in the show in a supporting role, and the rest of the cast is pretty impressive, too, with Academy Award winner Matthew McConaughey in the title role, and Succession’s Kieran Culkin and Mad Men’s Christina Hendricks also making an appearance.

Presley previously said she wanted the series to be a way of “introducing Elvis to the youth today, wondering why he was so famous and to see him as a hero saying “I know that this is a dream come true for Elvis because this is really what he wanted to do. He wanted to be a federal agent, and for me, I’ve always wanted to give Elvis what he wanted and never really quite made it.

“He was a beautiful human being and a very talented human being, and I want kids to see who he really was in this because he really was, he wanted to be an agent. And now he is.”

Matthew McConaughey plays Elvis Presley

Taking on the role of the King of Rock and Roll is actor Matthew McConaughey (not Austin Butler folks). We’re going to see the character being the amazing musician he is by day while working with secret agency TCB as a, well, agent, at night! McConaughey became well known in the 2000s for rom-coms like The Wedding Planner, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Failure to Launch, and more. Most recently, he voiced the main character in Sing 2, Buster Moon, and could be leading a potential Yellowstone spin-off soon.

This series imagines a sci-fi world in which Elvis is enlisted into a secret government spy programme, which sees him battle evil forces threatening the United States.
