Nicole Scherzinger joins cats
Nicole Scherzinger will make her West End stage debut later this year when she stars in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s iconic musical Cats at the London Palladium.
The recording artist and former X Factor judge will play Grizabella, a feline struggling with rejection and loneliness, in the hit musical, which returns to the London stage from 6 December to 28 February. Scherzinger will appear from a limited time only, performing from 6 December to 7 February.
Cris Penfold reprises Willows role
Cris Penfold will reprise his role as Toad in the Royal Opera House’s Olivier Award-winning production of The Wind In The Willows when it returns to the West End this Christmas.
The actor and dancer, who performed in the production’s 2013 run at the Duchess Theatre, will once again sport Toad’s red velvet waistcoat and garish checked trousers to wreak havoc at the Vaudeville Theatre from 26 November to 17 January.
