Leona Lewis Offers X Factor stars advise on the pressures of fame

Singer Leona Lewis has spoken out with words of advice for this year’s X Factor champ.

The former winner gave some sage advice on how to deal with the pressures of fame to Sam Bailey, Luke Friend and Nicholas McDonald.

Leona told The Sun that the winner of the show will be thrust into the spotlight and cautioned that this might be hard for some to deal with.

She explained: “You have to be careful, suddenly everyone knows who you are.

“It can be hard to deal with.”

Lewis also spoke out about former X Factor champ James Arthur’s recent behaviour.

James recently hit the headlines when he posted some controversial tweets on Twitter.

She added: “It can happen so easily and sometimes it’s just important to take a little time for yourself.”

Luke Friend was voted off last night as Beyonce confirmed our spoiler that the x factor winner will support her on the UK leg of the 2014 ‘Mrs Carter’ Tour.
