THE CARACAL PROJECT feature Jan 2022

Each month we celebrate an artist who we feel deserves some recognition, whether they are an undiscovered talent trying to make it into the music business, or an existing star who has not reached the level we feel they deserve to be at!!

Previous MarkMeets Music Artists have included: Jessie J, Diamond Days, Conrad Sewell, Robyn Regan, Franklin Lake, Sharlette, Harry Pane, Scarlet Baxter, Sophie and the Bom Bom’s, James King, Rae Morris, Conway, Josh butler, Riva, Gio, Amy-Jo Clough, Mary Spender, Kit Rice, Derek Ryan, Hrvy, Jamie Eldridge, Rixton, Tom Andrews, Blaise, Luke Towler, Carly Rae Jespen, Aiden Grimshaw, District 3, Adam Lambert and The Dolly Rockers. We have supported brand new artists too from Kingsland, Tich, through to Concept, Ria Ritchie, Overload and many more.

Decending from France and its rich dance music background, The Caracal Project blends it all together with influences from Techno, House and Drum & Bass. He clashes everything into one unique trademark sound!

2016 was a turning point for me, I moved out for the first time, I acquired my first laptop computer, I started studying, but most importantly, one day, in a random swing of events : “Motion Blur” by Noisia started playing on my browser.

That moment froze my brain like it rarely happens, you must know the feeling, this kind of explosion of flavors that leaves you hanging. I was contemplating all these doors I had never thought about. They were wide open

That initialized an obsessive chapter of my life, I spent months, years pulling my hair : “How can I get to this level of purity?”. From trying to understanding the tools, to looking for myself in the middle of that, time got significantly faster.

Noisia – Tommy’s Theme (The Caracal Project & Grey Code’s Tank Engine Remix)

And today I’m sitting here, writing this with the feeling that I cracked it now : all I wanna do is to tell my story. Noisia is the singularity that allowed me to express myself.

Artist to Watch in 2022
