Press release : 2014 saw a huge range of bands and artists take to the stage performing for local music/entertainment blog WeTalkTo including Jake Quickenden (The X Factor), Jack Walton (The X Factor), Bailey McConnell (Britain’s Got Talent) as well as a host of upcoming artists from around the UK.

We plan on making 2015 bigger and better than ever and are kicking off with our biggest line up yet….Headlining WeTalkTo Live at Newcastle’s 350 capacity Think Tank? venue in Times Square on 17th January is Overload Generation – as seen on The X Factor live show’s this year. The boyband made up of Joey, Ollie, Jordi, Ryan and Andy attracted lot’s of attention after impressing all 4 judges at their Wembley Arena audition with their original song ‘No, No, No’ which is set for release in April 2015.

Joining them on the bill is 2013 Britain’s Got Talent Act – Gabz, who’s racked up around 8 million YouTube views on her single ‘Lighters (The One)’.

Upcoming artists Joseph Peacock, OurPresence and Luke Towler who has just supported Australian heart-throb Cody Simpson on his UK tour will also perform.

South Shield’s pop/rock boyband The Waiters will open the event after finishing 2014 performing at Christmas Live at Newcastle Arena in November.

We are very excited to be bringing this excellent line up to one of the North East’s most intimate venue’s. We’ll also be offering 2 local acts a chance to appear on the bill, giving them a great platform to get their music out to a brand new audience.
