Ed Sheeran still UK’s No. 1 album after eight weeks
Ed Sheeran is spending his eighth consecutive week at No. 1 on the UK albums chart with ‘x’.
Sam Smith is up one to No. 2 with ‘In The Lonely Hour’, Dolly Parton’s ‘Blue Smoke’ down one to No. 3, new in at No. 4 is ‘Get Hurt’ by The Gaslight Anthem, and a further new entry at No. 5 from Richard and Adam with ‘At The Movies’.
New entries to the rest of the chart come from The Saturdays with their greatest hits collection ‘Finest Selection’ at No. 10, FKA Twigs at No. 16 with ‘LP1’, Sinead O’Connor’s ‘I’m Not Bossy, I’m The Boss’ at No. 22, Grant Nicholas of Feeder’s solo record ‘Yorktown Heights’ at No. 29, and Loveable Rogues at No. 37 with ‘This And That’.
A high climber in this week’s chart is OneRepublic’s ‘Native’. A deluxe edition release of their ‘Native’ album has seen it soar 61 places to No. 9.
