Brit Awards 2022: Full list of winners and nominees – MarkMeets

The Brit Awards have returned in 2022 as music’s biggest night in the UK.

This year’s ceremony aired live on ITV and on YouTube on Tuesday (February 8), with Mo Gilligan as host from The O2 Arena in London.

Adele was the big winner of the night with trophies for Album of the Year, British Artist of the Year and Best British Song for ‘Easy on Me’.

“I’d like to dedicate this award to my son, and to Simon, his dad,” Adele said in a reference to her ex-husband while accepting the Album of the Year award. “I’m very proud of sticking to my guns and putting out an album that’s so personal to me.”

Other major winners on Tuesday were Wolf Alice for Best British Group and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series’ Olivia Rodrigo taking Best International Song for ‘good 4 u’.

This year’s Brit Awards had a total makeover as its categories became gender-neutral for the first time.
